I’m a brazilian Senior Product Designer who loves turning messy, high-stakes problems into clear, confident experiences for people and businesses. Over the last 5+ years, I’ve designed for financial services, B2B SaaS and marketplace, from investment products at Latin America’s largest bank to crypto wallets in Uruguay and workflow tools for logistics and marketing teams across the Americas.
My path into product wasn’t linear. I started in spatial and visual design, moved into marketing, then ran my own vegan cosmetics brand for four years. That experience of owning a business end-to-end (understanding customers, building a brand, watching metrics, and making hard trade-offs) is still the backbone of how I design today: every screen has to make sense for the user and for the business.
Today, I work mostly in FinTech and B2B platforms: investment journeys, digital wallets, accounts-payable automation, and internal tools that sit on top of complex rules, regulations and data. I’m comfortable in environments where there are many stakeholders, constraints, and edge cases, and where clarity is the main value you can deliver.
My way of working is very structured and pattern-oriented. I tend to zoom out first (mapping systems, constraints and risks) and then zoom in with rigorous discovery (interviews, surveys, analytics, complaint analysis, opportunity trees, impact/effort matrices). From there, I translate insights into journeys, flows and design systems that teams can actually implement and scale. People usually trust me with the most complex discoveries, the ones that require connecting many data sources and perspectives at once and turning them into something tangible: clear journeys, priorities and a roadmap the team can actually execute on.
In the last few years, I’ve also been integrating AI into my practice (from deep research and data synthesis to prototyping AI-powered assistants like Guia da Bolsa, a multi-agent co-pilot for new investors). I see AI as a thinking partner, not a shortcut: something that helps me explore more options, stress-test ideas and communicate complex concepts in simpler ways.
Across all these experiences, one thing stays constant: I care about designing products that feel trustworthy, explain themselves clearly, and respect how people actually make decisions in real life, especially when money is involved.

Optimized the Automated Portfolio journey, helping turn íon app into the #1 acquisition channel with 827% growth in mobile subscriptions (48 → 445/month)
Led the discovery and UX for the Investment Portability digital platform under CVM 209/210, coordinating 100+ stakeholders and mapping 30+ challenges and 20+ business opportunities into a prioritized roadmap.
Conducted a strategic repositioning study for Ion App, creating a 44-page framework and leadership presentation that guided decisions on where to invest in the platform next.

Worked on the digital transformation of OCA, a credit card issuer in the Itaú group, redesigning core web and app experiences and creating the OCA design system used across teams in Uruguay.
Co-led the OCA Super App redesign, achieving 4.7/5 usability and 4/5 tasks completed with no difficulty in testing, supporting a successful launch serving 600k+ customers.
Designed the OCA Crypto Wallet from scratch, based on surveys with 58 clients, competitor analysis and in-person testing, reaching 4.8/5 usability and 100% task completion at launch.
Structured and documented the OCA Design System, enabling scalable UX foundations reused across products.

Supported the venture’s broader business goals, contributing to a platform that helped achieve measurable operational savings and a 25%+ increase in new users during 2022.

Worked as a Product Designer at Box Delivery, a platform connecting delivery drivers with partner merchants, enabling businesses to receive customer orders and dispatch delivery drivers for pickup and fulfillment.
Customer-facing marketplace app: Led the design of a new app to complete the three-sided marketplace, allowing customers to browse menus, place orders and payments, and track deliveries in real time. Responsible for the end-to-end design process (from user research and discovery to prototyping and handoff) in collaboration with the Head of Design.
Redesign of delivery driver app: Conducted interviews and gathered feedback from delivery drivers to identify usability issues and workflow pain points. Led the redesign of the driver app to improve intuitiveness, efficiency, and overall user experience.

Partnered with a US-based SMS marketing SaaS to move from one-off broadcasts to full customer journeys by designing a visual automation builder for SMBs. Co-defined the MVP with the founder, Head of Customer Success and Head of Marketing, mapped the end-to-end automation logic (triggers, conditions, actions) and created the grid system, flows and detailed specs for engineering. The solution is designed to make complex journeys feel approachable for non-technical users, reduce campaign setup time, and provide a scalable foundation for future templates and advanced automation features.

Designed an internal platform for advertising teams to generate and manage dynamic ad variants (banners, short videos and social assets) in one place, replacing a Google-based workflow. I defined core flows, UI and a lightweight design system, translating complex rules of variants, formats and rendering into a clear, table-style editing experience. The solution is expected to cut production time for campaigns, reduce manual errors and give marketing teams more autonomy to launch and iterate on creative at scale.
